CDEMS users nationwide have many options for fee-based technical support and training to supplement the self-support resources available at www.cdems.com. Fee-based assistance is provided by Jackie Gianunzio, CDEMS technical support contractor for the Washington State Department of Health since 2002. Professional services are delivered through Jackie's independent software consulting company, Gianunzio Technology Solutions.

Monthly CDEMS Demonstrations
In response to a high demand for basic information about CDEMS, a free 30-minute on-line demonstration will be offered once a month. Thirty PowerPoint slides provide a brief introduction to CDEMS, data entry highlights, registry customizations, reports tools/samples, and tech support resources. Below are demonstration dates through the end of this year:
- Nov. 19 (W) - 8:30-9:00 am PST
- Dec. 11 (Th) - 11:00-11:30 am PST
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Please e-mail jackie@cdems.com with your name and e-mail address, your clinic/organization, and the date of the demo you wish to attend. A meeting link and conference call-in number are provided upon registration for the demo.
