"Jackie and I worked together to develop a patient list that compares changes in HbA1c and PHQ-9 results. This report tells me I've got 20 patients out of 107 still not at goal. It tells me over half are improving even though still not at goal. That's just amazing! This is exciting stuff! It's just amazing! Twelve patients have moved their HbA1c's from greater than 8 to less than 8. Isn't that just great! With these new queries, I'm able to see changes in HbA1c and PHQ-9 and identify and compare results and look at patients with improvement and patients needing intervention. Jackie is most accommodating and patient and truly a joy to work with."

"Our clinic has been using CDEMS to track our diabetes patients and to monitor the services that they are receiving. We approached Jackie with some ideas of special queries that we wanted developed so that we could track specific things that are crucial to our program, such as referral completion and changes in lab results over time. From start to finish, Jackie was extremely helpful in the development of the new queries as well as showing us how we could utilize the existing queries that CDEMS already offered. She was able to make the complicated process of integrating the newly developed queries a simple, step-by-step process.
