CDEMS started in Washington state, and the WA Department of Health has funded support for in-state registry users since 2002. As CDEMS registries have sprouted across the country, the need for support services has clearly expanded beyond Washington. The CDEMS National Support Network is my response to the larger need for registry support.
My goal is to provide quality technical support to assist with CDEMS implementations and customizations wherever the registry is used. I'm here to help you develop expertise in using your registry to better manage chronic health conditions and improve patient care.

Rainshadow trivia: Camano Island lies within the rain pattern caused by the storm-blocking effect of the Olympic Mountains. The rainshadow results in relatively less rainfall on Camano Island than downwind of the Olympics. While Northern California has no such "rainshadow" phenomenon, the company name still continues.
